Unno Assessment offers a platform with multiple assessments, for

help you identify your starting point for a development process.
Whether through self-assessment and/or third-party assessment,

it is possible to obtain a “portrait” of the current situation.

It can be used to assess a certain physical and emotional state, and also measure

the perception of a certain situation or dynamics of human relations.
Furthermore, when undertaking your development, feedback is also offered as an important instrument to evaluate your progress and how the results are being perceived.

What is the focus of your development?

You choose and define your development focus: Personal , Professional and/or Leadership & Management .

There are several topics for you to do your self-assessment and get third-party assessments about you.

This way, you will be able to learn more about yourself, find out how you are evolving and learning, and even set goals and monitor your development.

Assessments that aim at self-knowledge. Topics such as: vision, purpose, values, beliefs, tendencies, self-image, self-esteem, intrapersonal relationships, habits, emotions, personal characteristics, goals, personality, your inner world.

Professional

Assessments aimed at professional development, whether as an employee, freelancer, service provider, entrepreneur and/or in commercial activity. Professional profile, skills and values are some of the topics in this segment.

Leadership & Management

Assessments that aim to identify leadership potential, skills and values, management styles, practices, scope and complexity of the organization's demand, and balance between management focuses: results, processes, people and environment .

Modalities

You can register for one or more modalities. They may or may not be integrated, depending on your interests and needs. You can "release" access to the results of a given "Self-Assessment" for your "Group" and/or "Company", as well as for Selection, Coaching or Therapy professionals.

Individual

In the Individual Plan, you are the one being assessed.

You choose the assessment tool, who will assess you, and after completing the questionnaire(s), you will receive the final report and respective analysis. The purpose is to support your self-knowledge.

Esports Team

Group

In the Group Plan, the assessment is for a group of 2 (two) or more people. There is an administrator and person responsible for the group. The main topics are interpersonal perception, communication,

relationship and execution.

The purpose is to optimize the group.

Corporate

In the Corporate Plan, the company chooses the assessment instruments, weighting factors, defines evaluators and those being evaluated, users and access levels. The main topics are: Competencies, Values, Behavioral and Cultural Profiles, among others. The purpose is to support Organizational and People Management.
